All About Us !

Hubinger Landscaping was established in 1968 on 45th Avenue in Gary, Indiana by Dave Hubinger. The Company was incorporated in March of 1975.

In 1978, Hubinger moved to the present location, a spacious 20 acre parcel near the intersection of Broadway and 113th Avenue on the east side of Crown Point, Indiana. Customer convenience continued to be of utmost importance with emphasis on Landscape Design, Installation & Maintenance, and only the highest quality of landscape materials in our Garden Center.

In April of 1989, a John Deere Equipment Sales & Service Dealership was started. We built a new building in 1993 to house Hubinger Equipment. We now carry John Deere, Mahindra, Simplicity, Snapper, Tracvac, Exmark, Lawn Pride, Toro, Echo, Yamaha, and Lawnboy equipment.
At this store, one can get a hands-on-look at the latest in equipment and also can obtain the necessary parts and service to properly maintain that equipment.

In 1999, the Garden Center and materials yard were expanded for additional customer convenience. A Wooden Walking Bridge that crosses a meandering creek takes our customers to view our beautiful Display Gardens where they may select the landscape items they desire .

In our Garden Center parking area, a unique landmark, the Hubinger "Red Caboose" is located.

The Garden Center and Main Office (Landscape Design) are located beyond the John Deere building and can be accessed from either Broadway or 113th Avenue.

As you can see, through the years Hubinger's has grown and changed in order to meet our customer's needs. We promise that we will continue to provide customers with knowledgeable assistance, reasonable prices, and unique, quality merchandise.
